SIPschool Shop

Following classroom instruction at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, students move to the SIPschool Shop in Shenandoah Junction, WV.

The 2000 sq. ft. shop provides a comfortable environment for all seasons. Our shop arguably has every hand fabrication and installation tool known to the SIPs industry.

The SIPschools Rough Terrain Forklift is used for both OSHA Operator Certification and assembling the SIP House built during the SIPs 301 class.

Students will work in small groups during their time on site to complete proficiency exercises as well as the raising of our 1000 sq. ft. SIP House during the Certified Installers Class.

The SIPschool Pad is a 3600 sq. ft. concrete slab where the SIP House is erected. Rolling fields and views of the nearby Blue Ridge provide a picturesque location in which to learn.
